- Prepare the Green Chilies: Mix 2 tablespoons of Alemaanspices Achar Gosht Masala with fresh lemon juice and stuff the mixture into green chilies.
2. Cook the Meat: Heat oil in a pan, then add your choice of meat, along with garlic, ginger, yogurt, and the remaining Alemaanspices Achar Gosht Masala. Stir-fry on high heat for 7-10 minutes until the meat is well coated with the spices.
