- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Garlic

Recipe
- Prepare Meat Curry:
- Heat oil in a pot and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add meat and Alemaan Biryani Spice Mix, then stir fry for about 5 minutes until the spices coat the meat well.
- Add yogurt and water (use 4 cups of water for beef or lamb, 2 cups for chicken), then mix thoroughly.
- Cover the pot and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
2. Prepare Gravy:
- Once the meat is tender, add chopped tomatoes.
- Stir fry on high heat until oil begins to separate from the gravy.
- Set the meat curry aside.

3. Cook Rice:
- In a large pot, bring 15 cups (or 3 liters) of water to a rolling boil.
- Add 3 tablespoons of Alemaan Salt and soaked rice.
- Boil the rice until it’s about ¾ cooked. Then remove from heat and drain thoroughly.
4. Layer and Steam:
- In a large pot, spread half of the cooked rice at the bottom.
- Pour the meat curry evenly over the rice layer.
- Top with the remaining half of the rice. (You may sprinkle a pinch of yellow food coloring if desired for color.)
- Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves on top.
- Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes until the rice is fully tender.
5. Serve:
- Before serving, gently mix the biryani to combine the layers.
- Enjoy your biryani with a side of raita or salad!
